“Our company has diversified greatly over the past 20+ years. Our builders have high demands and count on us to deliver developed lots within budget and on time (all of the time). It is not unusual for us to have more than 1,000 building lots in our active pipeline for multiple builders in several different states. Our builders demand excellence. It’s not just about getting streets paved. It’s about completing 100% of the job for our builder clients. 100% of the job means we make sure the entry monuments, active amenity spaces, sod, mailboxes, hardscapes, and all of the ancillary items are complete and are delivered within the contractual obligations of our builders. Where most residential land developers and construction management teams fall short is on the last 10% of a job. What makes us different is we have project managers assigned and dedicated specifically to each site to make sure our sites are complete. Our project managers continue to manage the site throughout the complete build out of the homes making sure everything is maintained as promised. We don’t want to simply “race” just to get streets paved. We want a completed community. It doesn’t stop when we move heavy equipment off of the site.
